Hi, I’m Tiffanie! I’ve been a proud resident of Northern California for many years, and my journey has always been about one thing: taking care of people. My background is rooted in service. With over 15 years in the restaurant and retail industries—including time as a Lead Cook and in management—I learned early on that the best way to support others is through reliability, hard work, and a genuine personal touch. Whether I was managing a busy shop or preparing a comforting meal for a crowd, I’ve always been the "person with the plan" who makes sure things run smoothly.

Why I Transitioned to Home Care

After moving through different chapters of life—from supporting a military family to raising my own children—I realized my true calling was closer to home. I saw a real need in our Grass Valley and Nevada City community for a different kind of caregiver.

I noticed that seniors don’t just need someone to sit with them; they need someone who can keep their world turning. They need a warm meal, a safe walkway, and a home that isn't falling apart around them.

What Makes My Approach Unique

I am a Registered Home Care Aide (HCA), but I’m also a problem-solver. My clients know me as a "one-stop-shop" for their daily needs:
